I found this nice pattern and I wanted to try it on a pair of legwarmers…. Half way up the first legwarmer I found out that I casted on way too many stitches and that the diameter of my leg warmer was big enough to fit my hat… Then I thought I could try to turn it into a pony tail hat… But then it turned out like this… Too long, and I looked silly with a pony tail hat,… In conclusion, I like the pattern, also for a hat. I just don’t like this one ;) I’m going to frog it and make another hat, one without the gapping hole on top ;). And for the leg warmers, I started again, with less stitches, and there are turning out okay now.
